More Pics

I was trying to be "artsy fartsy" here.:)
As luck would have it, we happened upon SF on gay* pride weekend! Needless to say, we were very busy people watching!:) Lots of entertainment.
Sittin' on the dock of the bay, watching the tide roll away....that song was written here.
Goodbye San Fran! I will miss you until next time!

A San Fran*cisco Treat! (toot toot)

Geesh, it feels like I haven't blogged in ages! One of the reasons being that Chad took me on a surprise trip to San Fran, CA for my first "official overnight trip" with no kids! We definitely need to do that more often! He told me on Thursday morning where we were going. Major points for him. Anyway, I was a little nervous at first to leave the kiddies, but Uncle Jay and Aunt Heather took great care of them and they were perfectly fine without me.:) (Thanks again guys, Emme is in the process of scribbling you a thank you note right now.:) By the by, she had NO POTTY accidents the entire time we were gone. Man, that feels good to type that.
This was in Chinatown. (Sidenote: You can tell a cute little chinese man was taking this. I mean, he's totally pointing the camera up like we are 7 ft. tall!!)
Our Anniversary Dinner
I'm pretty sure I remember this EXACT man from when I was a kid. That would be impossible though. When I thought of San Fran, this is what always came to mind.
Yes, yes, I know what you are thinking....that can't be....is it a bird, or a plane? Or perhaps Derek Jee*ter from the Yankees? And Jorge P*asada (the catcher)? Believe me, the moment we locked eyes,....I knew I was famous from that moment on.......(yeahyeah, it's not the best pic, but I was ducking my head, and shooting with my camera over the booth, like a paparazzi) Is it just a coincidence that the Yanks won that night? I think not my fine blog readers.
Here we are standing next to a redwood tree. The tallest living organisms on earth! (FYI.)

p.s. did you know that there is no rice-a-roni manufactured in SF? I thought that was funny that it was in their slogan!

Welp, we made it! After a long and tiring journey, we have arrived safe and sound in Alaska. The kiddies are having a great time packed with visits to the grandma's houses, tractor rides, washing dishes in the play kitchen, lots of outdoor time, and playing with their cousin Finn. We are leaving to go camping to Seward tomm. and Emme is talking nonstop about it! She is so excited to sleep in the motorhome with her Kiki and G-pop. Here are a few pictures of our first three days.

Mothers Day

Say Cheese!
Here I am trying to wrangle the kids in for a picture
"Mommy, I need that camera!"

Emme and Huddy thought this window was so great! Just look at Hudson's excitement!

Here are the Mothers Day pictures of the kiddoes! We had a great time at this awesome park with the Hughes' and Crockers' families. We brought our lunch then went swimming over at Jay and Heather's later. It was a very pretty day. I got a very nice card from Emme and Levi that was lovingly scribbled on. I will post more pictures later, (blogger only lets me post 5 at a time..boo.) You can see more Mom's Day pics at Heather's site though.

Look at our New Babies!

Our baby Robins
They are hungry all the time...Emme and I check on them at least 15 times a day.
Lunch Time! ( I really should work for National Geographic, or Ranger Rick:)) I was very proud of this pic. I was practically crawling on the ground, sneaking around trying to get this one. :)

Yeebs

I kept wondering why he has been getting up these past few nights! I thought he was just extra hungry, but now I am thinking it's because he just got his first tooth today! Maybe that's why he was waking up. Or maybe not. But I got this cute picture of him sleeping anyway. Oh well, they just keep you guessing!

Dirtballs

The kids were so dirty after a little get together at our house that we decided to throw the toddlers in the big tub and soak the dirt off. Kenna ended up partially falling in the tub and the others could have stayed in all night! Needless to say, the water was totally gray after this rendezvous.

Does this constitute Bribery?
