I was trying to be "artsy fartsy" here.:)
As luck would have it, we happened upon SF on gay* pride weekend! Needless to say, we were very busy people watching!:) Lots of entertainment.
Sittin' on the dock of the bay, watching the tide roll away....that song was written here.
Goodbye San Fran! I will miss you until next time!

A San Fran*cisco Treat! (toot toot)
Geesh, it feels like I haven't blogged in ages! One of the reasons being that Chad took me on a surprise trip to San Fran, CA for my first "official overnight trip" with no kids! We definitely need to do that more often! He told me on Thursday morning where we were going. Major points for him. Anyway, I was a little nervous at first to leave the kiddies, but Uncle Jay and Aunt Heather took great care of them and they were perfectly fine without me.:) (Thanks again guys, Emme is in the process of scribbling you a thank you note right now.:) By the by, she had NO POTTY accidents the entire time we were gone. Man, that feels good to type that.
This was in Chinatown. (Sidenote: You can tell a cute little chinese man was taking this. I mean, he's totally pointing the camera up like we are 7 ft. tall!!)
Our Anniversary Dinner
I'm pretty sure I remember this EXACT man from when I was a kid. That would be impossible though. When I thought of San Fran, this is what always came to mind.
Yes, yes, I know what you are thinking....that can't be....is it a bird, or a plane? Or perhaps Derek Jee*ter from the Yankees? And Jorge P*asada (the catcher)? Believe me, the moment we locked eyes,....I knew I was famous from that moment on.......(yeahyeah, it's not the best pic, but I was ducking my head, and shooting with my camera over the booth, like a paparazzi) Is it just a coincidence that the Yanks won that night? I think not my fine blog readers.
Here we are standing next to a redwood tree. The tallest living organisms on earth! (FYI.)
p.s. did you know that there is no rice-a-roni manufactured in SF? I thought that was funny that it was in their slogan!
